Authorized use

F3 OS is a business operating system provided by F3 Strategy. Access is limited to authorized F3 personnel, clients, collaborators, and invited users. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and use the service lawfully.

Authority over connected accounts

You may connect or authorize third-party accounts only when you have permission to do so. This includes email accounts, cloud storage, social Pages and profiles, advertising accounts, payment services, and client business assets.

By connecting an account or approving an action, you represent that you have the authority required to let F3 OS access or act on that account.

Client content and work

Users remain responsible for ensuring that content, files, trademarks, logos, personal information, and other material they provide can lawfully be used for the requested work. Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables remain subject to the applicable client agreement, estimate, scope of work, or other commercial agreement with F3 Strategy.

Third-party services

F3 OS can integrate with services operated by other companies. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, permissions, and API limits. F3 Strategy does not control those third-party services and cannot guarantee that every integration will always be available.

AI-assisted work

F3 OS may use artificial intelligence to assist with campaign strategy, copy, images, summaries, suggested replies, and other work. AI output is a draft or working aid unless explicitly approved. Users are responsible for reviewing generated material before publishing, sending, or relying on it.

Billing and records

Invoices, estimates, payment records, taxes, expenses, and profitability information in F3 OS are operational records. Commercial obligations remain governed by the applicable agreement or invoice. F3 OS is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Availability and changes

F3 Strategy may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the system evolves. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service and protect stored information, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
