1. Disconnect connected accounts
If you still have access to F3 OS, open the relevant client or Accounts/Integrations area and disconnect the applicable integration. You may also revoke F3 OS from the connected provider's own account or app settings.
Disconnecting stops future authorized access. It does not automatically erase historical business records already stored in F3 OS.
2. Request deletion
Send a deletion request to F3 Strategy using the email address below. State that you are requesting deletion of F3 OS data and identify the client workspace or connected account involved.
Request data deletion3. Include enough information
Include the email address associated with the account and, where applicable, the client/company name, Facebook Page, Instagram account, Messenger account, Google account, or other connected service. We may need to verify that the requester is authorized before deleting client or business data.
What may be retained
Some information may need to be retained where required for accounting, tax, contractual, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, security, or other lawful business-record purposes. Where practical, data not requiring retention may be deleted or de-identified.
Facebook / Meta users
If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger to F3 OS, you can first remove F3 OS from your Meta/Facebook Apps and Websites or business integrations settings. Then use the deletion request process above if you also want applicable F3 OS records removed.
