F3 OS / LEGAL

Privacy without the fog.

This policy explains what F3 OS collects, why it collects it, and how connected client accounts and third-party services are handled.

Information we collect

F3 OS may store account details, client and contact information, project and campaign data, communications, approvals, tasks, time entries, billing records, uploaded files, brand assets, and other information entered into the system.

When you connect a third-party account such as Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or Stripe, F3 OS may receive account identifiers, permissions, tokens, file or message metadata, Page/account information, and other data required to provide the feature you requested.

How we use information

  • Operate F3 OS and provide client/project management features.
  • Send, receive, organize, or associate communications when a connected account is enabled.
  • Create, store, publish, schedule, or report on marketing content when authorized.
  • Generate campaign planning, copy, images, reports, and other AI-assisted work.
  • Process invoices, payments, and accounting records.
  • Protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and maintain an audit trail.

Connected services

Connected services are optional. F3 OS only uses a connected service for functionality you authorize. Access can be revoked from F3 OS and, where available, from the third-party provider's own account settings.

Client account accessF3 OS is designed to act on accounts and business assets only when an authorized user has connected or approved them.

Sharing and service providers

F3 Strategy does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers used to run F3 OS, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, cloud storage, payments, social-platform APIs, and AI providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Security

F3 OS uses authentication, access controls, row-level database policies, server-side handling of sensitive credentials, and third-party security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their own account credentials and connected services.

Retention

Information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or preserve authorized client work. Data may be deleted, de-identified, or retained where required by law or legitimate record-keeping needs.

Your choices

You can disconnect supported third-party accounts, request correction of information, or request deletion of applicable information. See the Data Deletion Instructions for the current process.
